I am pointing out the work of Working Empire

This is the type of work that makes you realize how simple great design is and how far you have to go as a designer (ok maybe this is just speaking for myself) and how all you want to do is spend time experimenting.

There is literally no info about Working Empire on the site – it looks like it is the work of one guy – his client list is a good mix of corporate and independent clients and his experimental work is fantastic.

Nice Analogue design examples….

I am bringing to your attention Diego Quintana – he is an up and comer in the design world. He is only 19 and is doing some great work. Check out his site for more of his work. www.diegoquintana.com

(is it just me or is 75% of the great work coming out of South America and Mexico?)

This site is obviously a sucess in terms of beautiful concept – but is it so much introspection rather then an innovative look into the future of tennis or the company – I am all for “eye candy” but this seemed to me a little shallow

I am sure you are aware of Scott Hansen – or iso50.com or Tyco Music – I have been checking daily for his commissioned poster for the Obama Campaign….. it uses many of his themes and styles.

While I like it – I was expecting the perfect storm – my Candidate of choice and my designer of choice.

If you do not know Joshua Davis work I think you are in for a great surprise.
He manages to stride the divide between Artist and Corporate designer.
He also creates his art through flash a mix of math and design create unexpected results that are complex and stunning.
